Possible meanings include:

1) "Sheesh."
2) "Ow! What the hell are you doing?"
3) "No, Mom, I'm not married yet."

Expression commonly used by Asian or sub-Asian people to mean "sigh," "oh man...," or "blah"

The expression is also used as a temporary stress reliever during the course of a tense anime episode.
